I describe my journey to become a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach for seniors as "a passion project." A senior myself, I started Thrive Functional Medicine Health Coaching because I am dedicated to learning how to remain independently healthy for as long as possible and help others do the same along the way!

I received my Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (FMCHC) designation from the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy based in Chicago.
AN EDUCATED WOMAN, LICENSED PILOT, and HAPPY WIFE
I received my pilot license at age 17, and earned my Bachelor of Arts in Geology and Marine Science from Salem State University in Salem, Massachusetts. My husband (Fred) and I met online, became good friends, started dating, and eventually got married. We renewed our vows on Valentine’s Day in 2020, and we recently celebrated our 13th wedding anniversary.
